AISLOUT

Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-08-26 · Effective August 26, 2026

1. Who we are

AISLOUT is operated by AislOut Technologies LLC ("AISLOUT", "we", "us"), Chicago, Illinois, USA. These Terms govern your use of the AISLOUT mobile applications, websites, and related services (together, the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

AISLOUT lets you start a shopping session at participating locations (via QR code, NFC tag, or similar), browse and order items, pay through the app, and present a digital pass for verification, pickup, or delivery. Participating merchants — not AISLOUT — sell you the goods; AISLOUT provides the technology that connects you to them.

4. Beta service

The Service is currently offered as a beta. All features are provided free of charge during the beta period. The Service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors; features may be added or removed without notice. When paid plans are introduced we will give you clear notice before anything is charged.

5. Your account

6. Orders and payments

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including leaving a store with items that were not paid for, tampering with passes or verification codes, probing or disrupting our systems, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

8. Verification

To protect merchants and honest shoppers, the Service may use signals such as your approximate location and order contents to decide whether a quick verification (for example, an exit check by a store associate) is required.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AislOut Technologies LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during the beta.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AislOut Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 9–11) survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you additional rights.
